Welcome to Tampa Epoxy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the epoxy flooring services we provide in the Tampa Bay area, including garage, patio, residential, and commercial flooring projects.

2. Services
We offer professional epoxy flooring systems, including Full Flakes Epoxy Coating, Simple Flakes Epoxy Coating, Metallic Epoxy, Quartz Floor, and Neat Floor, as well as related surface preparation and installation for homes, garages, patios, and commercial spaces.
3. Estimates and pricing
Online calculator estimates are starting estimates only. Final pricing may vary after on-site inspection based on concrete condition, square footage, system selected, and other job factors. Package pricing for Garage and Patio (Full Flakes / Metallic) and per-square-foot rates for custom projects may apply as described at the time of quote. An estimate emailed to you is not a binding contract until we confirm scope in writing.
4. Satisfaction and warranty
If you are not satisfied with the flooring application, contact us regarding our money-back policy on the application as communicated at the time of sale. We provide a 15-year warranty against peeling on flooring systems we install, subject to normal use, proper care, and the written warranty terms provided with your project. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, structural movement, moisture intrusion outside our control, or third-party alterations.
5. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse forms, the price calculator, or contact channels (including spam or false information). Content on this site—including text, photos, logos, and branding—is owned by Tampa Epoxy or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
6. Appointments and project work
Scheduling depends on availability. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, removing vehicles/items as requested, and disclosing known issues with the concrete or property. Curing times and return-to-use instructions will be provided after installation; early use may void warranty coverage.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Tampa Epoxy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or project delays outside our reasonable control. Our liability related to a project is limited as set out in your written agreement and applicable warranty.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
